Job Description

With a pure digital CMOS approach and performance, Broadcom's Bluetooth® chipsets and system solutions provide the technology to make wireless personal area networking a reality. Providing radio frequency, baseband, system and complete software support to OEMs and system integrators, Broadcom's Bluetooth chips enable the wireless sharing of data among scores of electronic devices, from mobile phones and wireless stereo headsets to PDAs and automobiles. -Responsible for handling Sales order sample request including HW verification and tests. -Participate in HW initial bring up and debugging activities for both internal and customer design. -Responsible for BT BQB and FCC related tests. -Duplicating customer HW issues and creating a report. -SysOps support with prototype builds including the part kitting. -Support CIS library part release process. -Support HW rework such as replacing components or swapping the chips. Job Requirements Junior, senior or in Master's program in electrical engineering. RF/communications focused is preferred. Needs to be available full time in the summer and part time during the school year.
