Kaiser Permanente's primary digital presence, www.kp.org and its' associated mobile-optimized site, has continued to evolve in feature depth, design and complexity. Kaiser Permanente has become more dependent on digital channels to deliver clinical and health plan services to members, business customers, shoppers and our workforce. It is important to understand how users fully leverage kp.org and optimize the array of digital products and services in meaningful and effective ways.
Kaiser Permanente's Internet Services Group (ISG) is seeking two qualified intern candidates to partner with product managers to support an array of projects across business functions, including:
Product management (e.g. product planning and management, digital research and analytic support), and
Program management (e.g. process improvements, information/knowledge management, release management)
? College students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
? 3.0 GPA or above
? Academic students seeking professional training within a business corporate environment.
? Analytical, relationship building, and interpersonal skills are essential.
? Leadership potential.
? Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Rising 4th year undergraduate students and graduate level students/Master's degree candidates are preferred
? ISG prefers candidates with the following majors/concentrations, including related fields in:
o Business Administration
o Marketing (e.g. Market Research and Analysis, Strategic Planning)
o Information Management (e.g. Computer Information Systems, Business and Information Management, Library Science)
o Project Management
o Public Health
o Health Information Technology
o Computer Science (exposure to Service Oriented Architecture is a plus, but not mandatory)
