  • MS or PhD in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Computer Science
  • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: C, C++, or Java
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of control systems, signal processing or computer science
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Passion for learning and personal growth
  • Knowledge of MATLAB a plus
