All job responsibilities will be performed to support and further the mission of patient care, research and teaching. Testing functions will be performed in collaboration with the vendors, end-users; applications and operations support staff as leader of a cross functional test team for the project assigned. MANAGE TEST PLAN AND STRATEGY:. Develop an understanding of the internal and external testing requirements for ICD-10. . Review project documentation with a focus on testing.. Responsible for ICD-10 testing work plans, resource plans, and all other testing-related deliverables.ACTIVELY MANAGE TESTING ACTIVITIES:. Communicate test plans and strategy to test personnel.. Identify testing resources. Schedule and plan testing activities.. Work with operations staff to set up and coordinate test environment.. Coordinate ICD-10 test data across the organization. . Maintain and communicate test schedule to test personnel.. Review test results and report defects.. Compile testing deliverables and obtain sign-off from project manager and sponsors at the conclusion of a testing evolution.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:. This position will include the regular functional supervision of Organizational Testing Coordinator(s).. Strong working knowledge of the testing lifecycle.. Minimum of five years IT experience including at least three years in a large-scale application test lead role..
