Job Description :
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will work with a team of talented and experienced engineers in performing activities related to the design, development, integration and testing of products. Support for these activities may include design and simulation, generation of engineering drawings, supporting trade studies and providing general engineering support for production and testing. The actual assigned tasks will depend on the skills of the individual intern and the project needs at the time. You will be expected to apply your engineering knowledge to provide creative and innovative solutions to problems and to ensure that projects are completed on schedule while following established procedures.
Required Skills :
* Positive attitude and strong leadership
* Customer focus and collaboration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Electrical engineering course work such as: circuit analysis and design, digital system design and associated lab work.
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
Required Education :
* Candidate for Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering degree
* Must have a Junior status as of Summer 2012
Desired Skills :
* Preferred m inimum 3.0 + cumulative GPA
* Knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools
* VHDL or SPICE experience
* Other Engineering project or internship experience
