| Open to legal residents of Delaware who are full-time students enrolled in an accredited nursing program leading to an RN or LPN. This is a loan, renewable for up to three years, not to exceed the cost of tuition, fees, and other direct educational expenses. Loan forgiveness provisions for employment at a state-owned hospital or clinic.
