Job Title: Computer Programmer
Weekdays, Day hours, 40 hrs per week

Job Description Summary: Converts Data from specifications and statements of problems to computer code by performing the following duties: Designs or writes program specifications based on consults with supervisor, account managers, other programmers and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, and interfaces with other systems. Compiles code into programs and corrects errors and revises programs. Writes and maintains documentation of changes to computer code, programs, and specifications, designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems, reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations, provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs, revises program for corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes, trains end users or technical support staff to use and support program, coordinates with other programmers about program revisions, modifies and maintains software programs written by others. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, must be able to write clearly and informatively, able to read and interpret written information. Must be able to treat people with respect, follow policies and procedures, be able to multitask, and attend work consistently and on time. Must be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction. Must be able to work well with others. Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in Computer Science or Business Computer Programming or related degree required. Should have knowledge of and experience with Cold Fusion, Javascript and Visual Basic programming. Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience. EOE
Salary Offered: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 Yearly
