Information Services Summer Internships Toro Company # of Openings: 6 Work Schedule: Summer 2010 Hours per Week: 40 Wage/Salary: $19 per hour Job Description: The Toro Company, located in Bloomington, Minnesota is currently seeking 6 interns in their Information Technology department for the summer of 2010. We are especially interested in students with skills in but not limited to: Java, XML, J2EE Development, SAP, Networking, Unix (AIX), Oracle, Windows Server, Desktops and Microsoft Exchange. We also will be looking for Interns in the MIS/BCIS arenas for I/S Business Analysis and Project Management internships Toro IT Internships are project based. Specifics for the 2010 summer internship projects are being finalized and details will be provided to candidates during our interview process. An internship with Toro will provide you with a real world work experience and an opportunity to learn new skills while working along side leaders in the IT field. Each intern will work on an individual project and as well as participates in an intern group project. Interns are given the opportunity to learn about different functions of our organization through meetings held with business leaders throughout our organization and through a visit to one of our outlaying manufacturing facilities. *Qualifications: To be eligible for this program you must be a student currently enrolled in an Information Technology degree program with a graduation date no earlier than 12/10 and interested in a career in the Information Technology field.
