Welcome to the AfterCollege online career network. AfterCollege provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). These TOS are the terms and conditions under which authorized users of the Site (“you” or “User”) may use the AfterCollege Network and the functionality, content and services offered to you by AfterCollege, Inc. (“AfterCollege,“ “we” or “us”) on or through the Site. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept these TOS, do not use this Site or services. Any use by you of this Site or related services indicates your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these TOS, as amended and in effect from time to time.
The Site is not intended for children under 13. By using the Site, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the Site.
We may amend or modify these TOS at any time without notice to you, so you should visit this page periodically to review the most current version.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
AfterCollege provides students, alumni, universities, corporations and partners with access to various resources, including job postings, event listings, communications tools, forums and other personalized content through its network of properties which may be accessed through mediums or devices now known or hereafter developed (the “Service”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for AfterCollege to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from AfterCollege, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the AfterCollege Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of AfterCollege membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new AfterCollege properties, shall be subject to this TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that AfterCollege assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
