AfterCollege’s Event-Promotion & RSVP-Tracking service incorporates event registration and attendance-tracking technology developed by AfterCollege, to provide employers with both an accurate measure of expected participation, as well as a proprietary database of attendee registration information and resumes. This service is used in conjunction with Custom Email Outreach Campaigns to promote employers’ recruiting events and/or on-campus visits to target students.
Custom Event Page
AfterCollege customizes event splash pages for each of our employers’ recruitment events. Employers can specify the custom registration fields in the sign-up form, as well as add a resume drop feature for pre-screening purposes.
Response Tracking Page
The response tracking page provides employer with 24/7 real-time job seeker registration tracking. Employers use this information to properly gauge how much targeted traffic they can expect at each of their events. All student information captured here remains the property of the employer.
