Michael Dawes, our VP of Sales and Biz Dev, was involved in the production of an indie film last year titled Cook County. The movie premieres in Houston this week. It explores the effects of drug addiction on family and society and the lengths that addicts will go to in order to stay within an addiction. Cook County stars Anson Mount, Xander Berkeley, Houston native Ryan Donowho and John McClain from the Houston Chronicle.
Cook County has been well-received at movie festivals across the country. It has won best film in it’s category at multiple festivals, including The Hollywood Film Festival, South-By-Southwest and AFI Dallas.
