The students in the Department of Economics at Georgetown University utilize the Career Network quite often. The department's traditional resource has been a notebook that we refer to as the jobs binder. The binder poses problems in terms of accessibility, and becoming outdated. The Career Network eradicates these problems. Because the career tool is accessible via internet, students can obtain information after department hours if it is necessary.
