AfterCollege Appoints Tom Mohr to its Board of Advisors

San Francisco, CA – December 20, 2006 - AfterCollege Inc., the nation’s largest career network specializing in recruitment at the college level, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Tom Mohr to the company’s Board of Advisors.

Mohr is currently an Executive-in-Residence at Charles River Ventures. He is also the founding director of the New Media Innovation Lab at Arizona State University where he has been studying the future of interactive media, working on behalf of media clients. He was formerly the President of Knight Ridder Digital. Under his watch, the company posted 50% year-over-year revenue growth in 2005 and was running 36% up in 2006 right up to the sale of Knight Ridder to McClatchy.
