No one knows the difficulty of launching a career during a crippling economic downturn better than the Class of 2009. But a little information can make the task a lot easier. To that end, BusinessWeek gathered information on employers in 30 U.S. cities with job openings for new college grads from AfterCollege, a group that connects recent college graduates with employers, as well as data on average salaries, unemployment rates, and cost of living.
