Human Resources Philosophy
Sutter Health recognizes the importance of our employees and understands the vital role each one has in meeting the health care needs of the people we serve. We strive to be the "employer of choice" to our staff by offering market competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, extensive career opportunities and mobility through an inter-affiliate employment program. Employee thoughts, concerns and opinions are regularly assessed through an extensive confidential survey process called "Experience of Work." Survey results are used to improve the working environment and are never attributed to an individual employee.
