In the role of Assistant Nurse Manger, you will assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care outcomes on the assigned shift and patient care unit. You will lead and manage the work performance of patient care personnel in attaining patient care goals and quality care outcomes. This position will assist the Nurse Manager in executing performance improvement initiatives, ensuring system efficiency and appropriately utilizing resources within budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for maintaining the Service Excellence standard within our organization.
Shift: 8:00 PM
This position requires current NYS Registered Nurse licensure and BSN. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
