Job Description
The Manager, Continuing Care Center has 24/7 responibity for this fast-paced, 38 bed distinct-part Skilled Nursing Unit with approximately 40 FTEs. Patients range from orthopaedic, stroke, wound care, IV antibiotics, rehabilitation, etc... Requires knowledge of Title 22, federal regulations, JCAHO, MDS. Requires 2+ years acute care or SNF management experience; extensive clinical experience in medical surgical or SNF environment. Requires active RN license, BLS.
