• Weekly didactic presentation days combined with clinical rotation days.
• Structured program to teach skills/competencies and validate them.
• Preceptors who provide challenging patient-care experiences - specifically teaching technical skills, sharing clinical knowledge and helping with clinical decision making.
• Routine meetings with Managers, CNE and Education staff to continually cultivate and gauge your skills.

Rotations include our Cancer Care Program; Ortho/Neuro Floor that features our Total Joint Program, Spine Program and Acute Medical Surgical Care; and Telemetry Unit that focuses on patient education. We'll even pay for your NCLEX review classes.
